Welcome to the Ontario Medical Students Association (OMSA) Wellness Blog! This is a new initiative of the OMSA Wellness Committee 2016-17.  Our hope is that this blog will provide information and resources to support the health and well-being of medical students across Ontario, as well as to create a platform for dialogue.  Feedback on the blog’s content is welcome, as well as your ideas on how your well-being can be better supported throughout your medical education.  Medical students interested in writing a post or sharing photos for this blog are encouraged to contact us.
